Additional instructions

• If AKZENT Oil in One is used as a primer before sealing with a water based finish, AKZENT KH Pro or AKZENT Hardwax Oil, then mix the oil 10:1 with a corresponding hardener.
• Keep soaked working materials, e.g. superpads, cloths, non-woven cloths, sander dust and similar in hermetically sealed metal containers or soak them with water and dispose of them in a fireproof manner.
• When applying on wood block flooring or end-grain wood flooring, consumption can increase up to 250 ml/m² depending on the application method and type of wood block flooring. Mixing the oil with a corresponding hardener in a ratio of 10:1 has proven effective.
• If the surface is to be sealed with a water based finish prior to staining, moisten the raw wood surface with water (water popping) before applying the oil, and leave it to dry for about 1 hour.
• For highly absorbent wooden subfloors, the oil can be applied with a roller.
